Condemned 2 Bloodshot Reviews

By Micheal Stevens

Condemned 2 bloodshot has some gruesome and fulfilling hand to hand combat with a good number of weapons to help pummel your enemies with. In this demented first-person horror adventure game, you'll impale rioters on rebar, crush the heads of the homeless in a gigantic vise, and force the faces of far freakier foes into toilet bowls. You will enjoy killing your enemies in very gruesome ways and to help it even more this game has excellent grimy visuals.

Against Ethan's will, Condemned 2 drags the protagonist back into action. Things start with a search for the missing Van Horn, an old friend of Ethan's. In this survival horror game, it should come as no surprise that things get crazy fast and the story quickly turns down a supernatural path.

In this game there is a little more focus on shooting then expected but nothing beats the grotesque satisfaction Condemned 2 provides with its weapons of convenience. Toilet seats, bowling balls, broadswords and more are all in play and all a great deal of fun to wield or hurl at an oncoming lunatic.

You'll also be collecting some evidence from murder sites for Rosa at the lab again just like in the first game, but this aspect of the series has been improved. In fact, it requires some actual thought on the part of the player. In some cases, you need to use a black light to spot the pattern of blood and determine how the victim was killed. In others, you inspect electrical panels, a disembodied head, and a series of X-rays. You'll be pressed to answer correctly based on contextual clues and giving correct answers reward you with a better end-level medal, as well as an upgrade to show for it, such as the ability to holster a sidearm, or a boost to your health.

This game is not for children but it is a great game and if you are interested in getting it you can check it out in the link below, this link will take you to my blog where you will find both the xbox 360 version and the ps3 version.

Happy gaming.
